I was working with Falls Church Auto on numerous occasions and there is always been a smooth and headache free business. Chahal and his team are great when it comes to repairing cars. They are very knowledgeable about domestic and Japanese cars and can get you any part including engine or transmission. I definitely recommend them for regular maintenance and for major repairs as well. Chahal is very fair with pricing and doesn’t overcharge like other shops do. Repairs are done quickly and efficiently without any surprises or delays. Took several of my vehicles to Chahal and was always satisfied with the results. One of a few shops in the area who are honest and honorable family business. Falls Church Auto Repair has been one of my best experiences with any automotive repair shops in NoVa. I took my Prius here on short notice to fix an ABS issue. My dashboard was lit up with 4 different warning lights. I had previously received a 2k+ quote from the Toyota dealership for the repair. Falls church Auto Repair performed a detailed diagnostic and were able to isolate the issue to a faulty sensor. They performed the repair same day for a fraction of the price!

I took my car in for these service 2020-21. It's not a complicated job but their prices were much better than I'd expected and they were quick and friendly. They have an "active" wheel balancer that applies actual road pressure and a computer program that reads precisely where to place the wheel weights. I was impressed to watch this technology and my car rolls like it's gliding on air. This is just a practical, no BS place to take your car and know that you can be confident the job was done right.

I had been using Google and my know research for deciding which rotors and brakes to get for my Honda Odyssey due to the OEM rotors wrapping on these models. Falls Church Auto Repair advised me on which rotors were better than OEM and last much longer. Since the wheels were coming off I had them do the road force balancing which very few high end mechanic shops and select dealerships have. Our family Mini-van drives super smooth with uber soft braking like a Mercedes Benz. They looked over the entire mini-van and told me honestly nothing else needed to be done. Who does that these days?

It was my first visit to this repair shop after a friend of mine recommended me to go there. Turned out to be a very good recommendation. I received friendly and quick service. Unlike many other auto repair shops, they did not try to upsell me anything unnecessary. I liked the mileage sticker with a bar code on it as the code will help me coordinate my vehicle’s next oil change appointment just by scanning the code. Plus, I was glad to see environment-friendly paperless receipt option. It is a family owned and operated place (the father and sons worked together to make sure I had a five-star experience). True to their motto “Home of the happy customer” I left the repair shop as a happy customer.
